Atlassian Assist & Slack

Been using the Atlassian assist app to connect to our helpdesk through Slack. Was working fine until the /Assist function broke. Buttons are options are there but aren't responsive. App removal and reinstall and new project creations tried but still broken. Anyone else run into this issue?
