Atlassian Insight plugin behaves weirdly

Hi guys,
on our jira instance I installed the Insight plugin and the SCCM plugin.
Now everytime I click on the "first Steps" button I get redirected to our dashboard.
Also I can't see the Insight tab.

I already reinstalled the plugin but it didn't help.
Re-indexing didn't help either.

Any ideas why the plugin behaves like that?

Hello @MHassan !

According to the FAQ (link here), the Insight plugin will only work on JSM server with a license purchased before Feb 2, 2021.  There's no license required for Insight on JSM Data Center as long as you're on version 4.15 or later.
