Attachment column is emply when extract the report.
Hi Guys,
I want to ask, I created the ticket which is attached to 2 documents in attachment.
when I export a list of ticket to xlsx ( Excel file ), the Report not shown the attachment column (picture, pdf, or link for download ) it just show the number of attachment per ticket.
Can you guys help me to show the attachment and how to do it?
I attach the evidence in the attachment. Thank you
