Once the ticket gets resolved, after 2 weeks of time I would like to get this closed using SLA's in Jira ServiceDesk. below is what implemented, would like to know if I am going in the right direction. Please advise. Thanks.

One more question, how can I send remainders to users that the issue is getting closed within 2 weeks after getting resolved?
Ist remainder - 1 week before closing
2nd remainder - 1 day before closing,
would that be possible?

The same process of setting up an SLA. When the SLA is breached have an automation that sends the emails.
