Auto-Resolved Linked Issues

Hi,

I've been searching around for a way to automatically change the status of linked issues (child tickets) but I haven't found a way to do that.

I have created an Automation but it fails to Resolve the linked Issues and I think it's because we have made the comment field mandatory when closing a issue. 

Anyone have an idé? :)

So I just found this:

So this means that it's only possible with a add-on as it is now?

That’s right. 

the add on is now free up to 300 run rules monthly

Check if the linked issue have a transition screen and needs to set a resolution or coment to get resolved?

Yes, it does and both resolution code and comment is required.

How do I set the resolution code in Automation?
