I have setup an Automation email for Reply to customer comments. I am using {{comment.body.html}} to display the information added to a ticket.
After adding an image, the email received will show an outline of the image (grey box of the image size).
After adding an attachment, it will display the name of the file and allows you to hover over the name like a hyperlink, but it doesn't allow you to click on it.
If not using this Automation email, images and attachments work OK.
Has anyone else experienced this and know how to resolve it?

When it comes to sending emails using Automation, attachments are currently not supported, that’s why it’s not correctly rendered in the notification.
