Automated email to all customers in organisation when a comment is added to a ticket

Hi community,

I have been looking for a way to create an automated email, that will be sent out to all customers in organization, that the ticket has been shared upon creation.  They do receive an email when the ticket status changes. In the automation  Send Email To field,  the option "All customers involved",  sends an email only to the reporter. 

Any suggestions on how to implement this?

All help is welcome.
