Automatic incident request creation from voice call

Is there an option to to create incident request automatically from phone call?

If you don't want to do it the way I suggested, you will need an add-on, I think. 

Maybe https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215246/callcenter-for-jira-service-desk?hosting=server&tab=overview is an option for you.

It depends on your telephone system I think .

If it can record the call and call a rest API or send at least an email with the recording, it should be possible .
