I want to be able to create an automation for one of our servicedesk that includes a service request to be able to create daily checks for example and have it assigned to an servicedesk customer.
The Automation works well to create the service request but I cannot set the request type field as part of the automation. When choosing the fields to set and selecting request type, it says

The error you are seeing provides the clue to the fix. Please see the rule example below. Basically you need to use the "Edit request type" action within a branch after the Create action.
