I am creating a simple automation and I want to add a comment to the newly created issue and it won't work. It only does it on my trigger issue.
How can I make it comment on the created issue in the automation?

Have you try to create a Branch after the clone creation, then select "Branch rule/related issue" then select in the list "Most recently create issue"
You can then add the action to add the comment. You may have to replace issue by triggerIssue in your smartvalues then.

I agreed with what @Florian Bonniec stated. One other key piece of information that you need to remember is that the Add Comments action is defaulted the Comment Visibility of "Internal only" when this action is added to the rule. If you want the comment to be visible to the customer, then you will need change it to "Share with customer" option.
