I'm having trouble with an automation I have created. Automation image is below.
So the automation is to send an email to a third party support team when the issue is transitioned to Third Party Support AND the Third party support equals Microsoft.
But this automation is triggering for any issue transitioned to Third Party Support.

I see nothing wrong with your rule. What is the value of the Third Part Support that it is passing through? Can you share the audit log for that issue? And are you sure that the issue is not getting changed to something other than Microsoft after it runs? Can you check the history of the issue?
Oh my @John Funk you are right. The automation worked as intended as the operator had selected Microsoft as the Third Party Support field value.
I have tested transitioning another issue to Third Party Support and selecting a different value to Microsoft and the automation did not trigger. Which is the expected result.
