Automation for ServiceDesk (Cloud): How to use "Issue changed" as trigger?

I want to react on a change in a custom field with Jira ServiceDesk Automation. I didn't find a trigger for that.

Hi Michael,

 

Currently, the only trigger that we have related to a change on an issue is "Status changed".

If you want that an automation runs when the value of a field changed, you can use the add-on Automation Lite for Jira. This version is free, so you can test and if it works for you, you can buy the full version.

Here are the triggers available on the add-on:
