Hi all.
I have about 2000 clients that have different SLA requirements, about 500 of them have the same SLA, the rest are different, they all have different codes(IDs) as well.
I've managed to create a rule that reads the description and looks for a specific ID which works fine, but my issue is I do not want to create 2000 rules as the clients have different IDs.
Is there an easier way to do this?
Your assistance would be highly appreciated.
