Automation on 1 rules/settings

Hi, I want to ask another things about automation.

Is it possible to create 1 Automation settings and with different field and condition.

It's like on 1 Automation settings, I want to create :

If I choose A it will autofill other field that relate with A .

If I choose B it will autofill other field that relate with B.

If I choose C it will autofill other field that relate with C.

and etc.

We want to minimize to much Automation Settings or rules in here. so we want to combine the automation on 1 Automation settings or rules.

Yes, that is possible, you just have to use the if/else condition. Please note that there is a limit on how many components (conditions, actions, etc) you can use in an automation, which is currently set to 64. So do not go overboard with components in a single automation.

You need to use the condition component, and your automation would look something like this:

This one is what I use for round robin assignment, but the concept is the same as for the automation you are looking for.
