Automation query

Hi All,

We currently have some automation set up for when tickets are created to create a number of sub-tasks. Due to the way we work we clone tickets then move the clone tickets into this project. Because of this the automation does not pick this up and auto-create those sub-tasks. 

Is there a way I can alter the automation in order for it to add those sub-tasks to tickets that are moved into this project?

Hi @Dan Billingham 

Yes - There is a trigger component called Issue Moved.  If I understand your challenge correctly, your process would be something like this:

1. Issue cloned in initial project
2. Someone moves the issue to the new project
3. Automation rule triggers as the issue is moved to the new project
