I would like to ask for help with creating an automation rule.
When issue is created
If field "reporter" is person A,B or C
SLA1 will be finished
I managed to find everything, but how to make action to stop SLA1.

I don't know how to resolve this request using automation, but you can try another solution - SLA Time and Report.
This add-on allows you to set any issue field as start and stop for SLA timer. For example for your request, you can choose for what reporter SLA Timer should finish.
