Hi there 👋
as an admin i need to monitor the creation of certain asset objects in an automation, in order to initiate follow-up actions on the creation.
Therefore I have created a rule with the trigger "Object created", where I can choos in the dropdown from my existing schemas, but there is no "All Projects".
How can this be solved?
Hey Alex,
I would say that makes sense as Assets (as implemented in the tool) don't really apply to projects - they apply to the organization.
Hey John,
thank for answering :) I understand that, but what I want to do, is to change the scope as the tool says me to.
The automation was created from the global section. So I'd say, the prerequisite is given
The tool don't let me scope the object search to "all projects".
How can I solve that?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Can you share a screenshot of the Details page of the rule? Also, make sure you get there through Settings > System > Global automations

I guess I found the reason.
After deleting the rule and creating it from scratch in global automation, I could configure it the way, I intended to.
I guess, with the old rule, I came from project automation and tried to change it, which most probably is not possible.
Thanks for pointing to the right direction ;)
