I have one automation rule which has condition for mutiple assignment group to send email to respective group email address when ticket is assinged to their group.
I have added a new group condition it and it's not sending email out to respective group when ticket is assisnged
Attaching the details of how rule is setup and audit log of ticket which says email is delivered but users are not getting email (it's distribution lists for all groups). have checked my email security filters as well and it's not even showing any email their. not sure where it's going.
