Automation : rule works but how can I get data from an issue field in the email

Service Desk > Project Settings > Automation

the email formatting is unhappy :(

I put in the email:   Access Decision:  {issue:SSI determination}

but in the email:

Access Decision:  {issue:SSI determination}

I want the actual determination from the issue to be in the email.

Can't get the information in issue fields to be entered in the email like one does with HTML?
