Hi,
I have a first automation to automatically assigned a ticket when created. I created a second automation to send an email when a ticket is assigned. But this second automation is not triggered when the first automation assign a ticket.
Do you have an ideay why ?
Paul
Hi @Paul Gautier ,
The project notification scheme can send email to the assignee, reporters, single user, email address etc. based on ticket created action.
More details in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-notification-schemes/
Let me know your exact requirement on why are you trying the automation rule instead of notification scheme ? Is it because you want to send emails to non licensed users ?
Hi @Paul Gautier ,
A rule triggering another rule is by default not enabled.
You'll need to look at the rule details of your 2nd rule and enable "allow rule to be triggered by another rule"
