What exactly did you had in mind? You can automate a lot of stuff in Jira, but you have to give us a bit more to help you :)
I’m sorry, I mean when someone writes under the ticket in the comment e.g “done” automatically the ticket fits into “completed” thank you very much!

Why you want to do that?
I mean if you are an agent, you can transition yourself the issue to the Done column. If you are talking about a customer, then you can reveal to him this transition, and he/she can mark the ticket as done (thus triggering the transition to done). You can also set an automation rule, that if the customer do not respond in e.g. 3 days, then resolve the ticket.
However, yes you can do that:
