When accessing JSM through company laptops, the avatar icons for individuals are either their picture, or a set of initials identifying them.
Some of our users have Azure Virtual Desktops rather than laptops, and when they access JSM they can see avatar icons for individuals who have a picture, as per the laptop experience.
However when individuals don't have a picture, in AVD their avatar shows as a generic icon. How can we make it show the initials for everyone, and replicate the laptop experience?
This issue is seen by all users on AVD.

How are users authenticating to JSM? Are you using AD or Atlassian auth? Also on the laptops is there any security that would block icons?
