BMC TrackIt Data to Jira Service Mgmt Cloud Migration

Does anyone have any experience or can recommend a partner which has performed a migration of data from BMC TrackIt On-Premises to Jira Service Management cloud?

All we need is data from TrackIt (which is Microsoft SQL) to dump into a separate project used only for archival research purposes.

Please do not suggest 'help-desk-migration.com' as a solution, as this will not work with on-prem solutions, only if BMC is reachable via the internet which ours is not.
