Banner to be displayed when the issue is on a particular workflow

I am creating a Change request and we would like a banner to be displayed when the Change is in a particular workflow only.

We have Draft, New, Scheduled Statuses.

Our scenario as when we open the Change in Jira,  a text message should be displayed on the top, when the workflow is in Draft only and not in any of the workflows.

Is it possible to display a test message on top of the page when we are viewing the ticket.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

If you create your changes by using the Create button in Jira that is possible, but not if you create your changes from the portal. When you create an issue using the Create button it uses a screen that you have assigned to the create action and you can then add a message field to it.

Out of the box this is not possible. You will have to look in the marketplace for some other solutions.
