Hello,
We are currently using the "Refined" application for our service management customer portal on the request view. Refined has a feature to add SLA timers on the server/ DC application but they do not yet have that feature for Jira Cloud.
Is there a plugin similar to Refined that would have that sort of functionality on Cloud?
Below is what we are trying to accomplish for Jira Cloud:

Hi!
If you’d like to display SLA information directly on the Jira Service Management customer portal, you might want to look at the Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management.
It extends the portal with several useful enhancements, including the ability to show SLA timers right in the request view. This way, customers don’t have to ask for timeframes—they can track progress themselves, alongside other request details. It helps manage expectations and reduces repetitive “when will this be done?” questions.
The app is available for Data Center & Cloud and comes with other features aimed at improving transparency on the portal.
Feel free to check out the product page: https://www.appsvio.com/feature-bundle
P.S. I'm proud part of the team behind this app.
Greetings,
Hello!
I understand your need to display SLA timers on the Jira Service Management customer portal in Jira Cloud. While the Refined app offers this feature for Server/Data Center, it currently lacks this functionality for Jira Cloud.
To address this gap, you might consider our app, Elements Overview. It allows you to customize the customer portal by displaying essential information, such as SLA metrics, directly on the request view. This enhancement provides your customers with real-time insights into their requests, improving transparency and satisfaction.
Here's a quick preview of how it could look like with a very simple use-case:
