BigPIcture Gantt - what does the little hand mean on a task?

Using Jira Service Desk / BigPicture Gantt chart. There is a little hand showing on the task list but I can't find anything in the help documentation that tells me what it indicates. I've highlighted it in yellow below.

What does it mean? Thanks for your help!

Hi Robin,

the hand means "manual" mode.

"This mode is designed for planning manually and when the tasks structure is created it will not impact any tasks."
