One of my client does not receive any external notification. When I go to the notification panel log under the project settings I can see information that it is blacklisted, but I cannot find in the JIRA any settings that can be responsible for this. Why customer that can create request in portal cannot receive notification about for example status change.
Atlassian placed this email address on the blacklist as a precaution.
Raise an issue with Atlassian Support for more information and to remove the address from the blacklist.
