Bulk remove unused fields, in Agent view of a Service Request

Hi team,

We often create new Service Request types, but since we have a massive amount of custom fields, we find ourselves removing all those non-needed fields one by one, with drag and drop. (we are talking about 150+ fields, which takes some time!)

Is there any easier way to (for example) remove all, and then add only the 8-10 that we need?

Also, is there a way to set up some kind of a "template" with the fields that we normally need, so we can have only those by default?

It's not something I think is possible at present, but it might be related to this feature request: JSDCLOUD-1317 ?
