How can we split Configuration Items between two different Categories?

Scenario:

I have imported around 800 CI's into Asset of JSM. I need to load the Object Schema based on Categories (e.g. Server, Firewall etc., ). How can I achieve this? Kindly suggest.

To split Configuration Items between two different categories, you can create two separate import structures for each category within the Object Schema. When you create the import structure, make sure to select the appropriate category for the Configuration Items you want to import. You can then upload or import your data into each import structure separately, and it will be automatically categorized based on the selected category. This will allow you to easily load the Object Schema based on Categories for your imported Configuration Items in Jira Service Management.
