I feel like I'm missing something obvious, but is there not a way to view the calendar by week with Jira Work Management? I seem to only be able to view it in monthly increments.

I don't think you are missing anything. You just can't change the view. You can raise a suggestion here https://jira.atlassian.com/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20JWMCLOUD%20AND%20summary%20~%20calendar%20AND%20resolution%20%3D%20Unresolved%20ORDER%20BY%20priority%20DESC%2C%20updated%20DESC
