Good morning, my project has two completion statuses. I would like to know on what date it was changed to finished, could someone help me?
Context: The status of the ticket changes to "Resolved", and after 48 hours, it automatically changes to "Closed"
How do I filter the date the statuses were changed to "Resolved"?

You can do it by using a rule in automation to get the date when the issue go to the resolved status and fill a customfield with this value.
Or use the api rest and look at the history of the issue to get the date.
