While linking issues between via Jira Issue or Web Link, there are an option to add a comment like "Response to customer/ Internal comment". I would like to remove the comment section from the Link window while making a link between.

As I recall, there isn't an option to disable and enable the comments. This is there by design.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
