Can I use Jira cloud for CRM plugin to push customer data into Salesforce CRM?

Hello,

Can the Atlassian plugin Jira Cloud for CRM push data into Salesforce CRM or it is good for only pulling data from Salesforce?

Say for example I want to add customer contacts to Salesforce from the new users who sign up on the JSD customer portal. Is that possible with this connector or I need to consider other alternatives?

Hi Uttaran,

Jira Cloud for CRM is a very intuitive app however, it is not that robust when it comes to data synchronization between the two platforms. I'd suggest taking a look at the Connector for Salesforce and Jira (Cloud), it supports most JSD features. There is also a complementary product, Connector for Salesforce and JSD that fetches the customers' information from the Salesforce and shows in the JSD portal for agents so they have a better understanding of their customers.

Thank you so much. We will start a trial for Connector for Salesforce and Jira (Cloud) to check if it meets our requirements.

However, what Jira Cloud for CRM can or cannot do is what I was looking for. Will figure that out.
