I have set up our Jira SD Customer Portal to link with a Confluence Knowledge Base.
This has some limitations that were unforeseen. While users are able to search for individual KB pages by keyword, they are not able to see the whole KB page tree.
Also, when Service Desk "Customers" go to a KB page that has links to other KB pages, the links do not work from the customer portal.
Is there a way to allow Service Desk "Customers" to access a Confluence KB directly in Confluence, without making the KB public?
Hey @Justin Bunnell
Your users can access the confluence space but not from JSD itself. If you changed the confluence settings to allow anonymous access, your users could access that space and any other space that is opened via direct link.

Justin,
Customers do not have access to confluence but knowledge base.
Please see topics via link below.
