Once Jira SD has been integrated with a mailbox, is it possible that information in emails (which are all in the same format) can be extracted and put into an excel / google sheet on a shared drive? For example, if I were to receive emails in a form type following format:
First name: John
Last name: Smith
Telephone number: 123456789
Is there a way of having Jira automatically populate a spreadsheet with this information so that, each time an email in this format comes in, the information will be added in subsequent rows?
I have looked into Jira reporting but it doesn't appear to be able to support this and I have also looked into the Jira better excel exporter plug in but neither have definitive answers on this.
