Can Microsoft Defender and JSM be integrated and automated?

I want Microsoft Defender alerts such as vulnerabilities be automatically raised on JIRA Service Management to handle SLAs

There is nothing that is delivered.  If you are using Microsoft defender XDR you can configure it to send alerts.  The email alert could go the service desk.
