Hi all,
I got a requirements for cascading fields with 3 levels:
Functional area -> Category -> Sub-category
Sub-category value list is mapped to Category value list. And Category value list is mapped to Functinal area.
My question is if a user selects a value in Sub-category field, can the Category and Functional area fields by populated automatically based on the mapping?
Thanks,
Zaldy
A got option for this is an app from Caelor, I have used this as well.

Here you are able to create multi level cascading fields an loads more.
Hi @Marc - Devoteam,
The Custome Field Suite looks good. I'll keep it in my backpocket for my next build.
For my current solution, I used the out of the box cascading field of Jira for the 2nd & 3rd levels and for the first level, I created an automation to update it on field change trigger to assign the value.
Thanks for your recommendation.
Cheers,

I just tested this. I'm afraid the answer to my own question is a "No".
And the cascading field of Jira only capable of having 2 levels.
I guess I have to find a way to customise the field behaviour.
