Can a customers name be modified by admin?

Hi Service Desk,

Can a Customers name be modified:

1) before an invite has been sent?

2) after invite has been accepted?

3) in General?

We do not have an option to modify the customers once they are onboarded.

Well they are invited, you can ask the invitee to update their first/last name on their account but as an admin you are not entitled to do so.
