Currently I have customer notifications set for everything (create, edit, resolve reopen etc) and of course some people say they are too many email notifications. Is there a way for individual customers/requestors to change their notification preferences? For example, to only be notified when resolved? Thanks for any insight.
No, the customer notifications cannot be configured by an individual customer to only receive some of them. The only thing they can control is if the should receive notifications or not for a request.
