We have been working with service desk project for a long time in my team.
Now, we might want to expand and use the tool in another team.
I have created a service desk project, created a project role and under permissions I have added this project role to the new project.
However, the colleagues with this new project role can see both service desks, and they should only be able to see the new one.
I have tried to play around and compare permissions, but I can't seem to see what is the issue or how I can restrict these.
I have managed to do it with development projects, the same way I try now - but no luck so far.
Yes of course. The ability to access a project is controlled by Permissions. In TMP projects this is achieved under project settings > Access. In CMP you will go to project settings > permissions. Have a look at this and let me know if it makes sense.
