Hi,

Can any one help me i want to create If issue type is Incident then Request Type will show Incident.

If i select Service Request then it will show only Access Management.

But if i select Incident in the Request Type i can see all the Request Types like Incident, Access, Request fulfillment, Problem, Change ---

I want to restrict such a way that if i select Incident then in the Request Type only Incident will display and

if i select Service Request then only Access Management will display

Thanks,

There's no way to do this.

If a Request is raised, it is mapped on to a specific issue type.  The point of agents raising issues without requests is that they get to choose all of the data that goes on to the issue, including the request.  If you didn't have that flexibility, you might as well throw away the ability to create issues directly completely, and force everyone to just raise requests.
