Can anyone reply in comment request in the portal

Can anyone reply in comment request in the portal( not Agent or Reporter). Have any tool or field to allow that?

@Pii If the Reporter or Agents shares the request with someone else by adding a request participant, then that request participant should be able to reply/comment as well.
