Trying to give a colleague the ability to see and use checklists but unsure how
What is the 3rd party app that is used for checklists, as this is not ootb functionality
Hello @Sharon Whitford
Could you explain a bit more? The checklists are named Action item when the user is replying to a customer or when the Description has been added to the ticket as well.

We use them in our ticket form and they show as "add checklist" at top where link issue or add form is. but I am not sure how to give a user access to this. I have checked if its a group access but he is in all the same groups as his colleague who has access, and have checked if team access but again in all the same teams as colleagues who have access.

We still have checklists in our ITSM and our teams would miss them if they were to go. but am still not sure how to give access to them.
