Can anyone tell me how to integrate iVanti service manager and Jira Service Manager (Cloud)?

Want to know that can we connect iVanti Service Manager (ism) and jira service manager.

Tried using one marketplace app named Easy Integrations Configuration.

Let me know if there are any other ways to do this.

unsure what level of integration you seek. I found this app in the Marketplace - zigiops-integrate-jira-with-ivanti . The other option would be the APIs.
