Can customer see similar tickets while raising a new ticket?

Hi,

I wanted to know if there is an option by which customers can see similar tickets when they try to raise a new ticket via the JSM portal.

It is possible, but you would need an app from the Marketplace in order to do it. It looks like Elements Overview can do this, but there might be other apps that show it on the portal as well.
