I am unable to Edit comments when I create a BUG Ticket.
#2. When I make a comment without a screenshot, the comment shows screenshot attached without actually attaching any screenshot.
you need to have edit comments permissions....
I'm unsure about your second issue unless maybe the comment is coming via email and you have an image in your signature. maybe if I saw a screenshot of the issue I could theorize further.
Jack, can customers edit/delete their comments? Even with the Service Desk Customer - Portal Access permission the users in my instance don't seem to have the option.
