Can not enable jira service desk plugin in jira 8.5.1

Hi,

All plugin can be enabled or disabled but

We have some problems with Jira Service Desk plugin in jira 8.5.1

We've download Jira Service Desk plugin but it cannot be enabled.

In logs we get this exception :

[c.a.p.osgi.factory.OsgiPluginInstalledHelper] Cannot determine required plugins, cannot resolve bundle 'com.intenso.jira.plugins.jsd-extender'

How can I solve this issue?

Hi @metinbulak 

There might be some other party plugin causing this issue. 

To rule this out, you can try the steps below 

1. Stop JIRA
2. Go to your the $JIRA-Home/plugins/installed-plugins directory

3. Rename the $JIRA-Home/plugins/installed-plugins directory to $JIRA-Home/plugins/installed-plugins2

4. Restart JIRA - This will re-create the the $JIRA-Home/plugins/installed-plugins directory but JIRA will start without any plugins
5. Install Jira Service Desk again
6. If the issue is no longer reproducible, Reinstall the add-on with the latest version through the Administration > Add-ons > Find new add-ons page.
7. You may later delete the $JIRA-Home/plugins/installed-plugins2 directory which is no longer in use.

I dont know what exactly problem is,
