Hi,

Can some will help me out with 2 level of approvals withe the workflow.

 

  1. Ticket Submitted
  2. Approver assigned by Jira based on System/Environment/Access Level requested
  3. Notification sent to Approver
    1. Approver requests more information
      1.       Notification is sent to Service Desk
      2.       Service Desk updates Ticket and re-submits
  •       <back to #3>
  1. Approver Approves request
    1.       Work Team Assigned by Jira based on System/Environment/Access Level requested
    2.       Notification sent to Assigned Work Team (continue to #4)
  2. Approver Rejects request
    1.       Notification is sent to Service Desk
    2.       Service Desk updates Ticket, Closes Ticket and Notifies user of rejection.
      1. FLOW ENDS
    3. Upon completion of work by Assigned Work Team, notification sent to Service Desk
    4. Service Desk closes ticket and (manually) notifies user

No, Here i need 3 scenarios which are:

1. No approval flow

2. 1 level of approval

3. 2 level of approval

Could you please help me out with how to act those things in 1 workflow.
