Hello,
if we try to connect a confluence space in Jira Service Desk, it doesn't show any spaces to select in the list, so we try to create a new one and get the following error:
"We couldn't create a space for you. Confluence might be down, or you might not have permissions to create a space."
Our setup is as follows:
We want the Jira Service Desk customers to have unlicensed access (not anonymous) to our confluence space (so they can use the search in Jira Service Desk, but also access the articles in Confluence directly)
We were following this guide: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/guide-to-link-knowledge-base-to-jira-service-desk-for-unlicensed-user-816677228.html
What settings are we missing?
Thanks for your help.
Hallo Jens,
although German, I continue in English...
Any hints from the application link checker? Check on both sides?

Hello Jan-Peter,
thanks for your answer. Unfortunatly it didn't solve our problem yet.
The Application links are working.
Jira
Confluence
For exampe it is possible to link a Confluence Space with a Jira project.
In Jira Service Desk we can also select the spaces with anonymous access.
