Can't create an issue after migration

Hi community,

 

We migrated Jira Service Management and Jira Software to Cloud. 

Jira Misc Workflow Extension had been used. And we migrated apps to Cloud succesfully.

Now, no-one can create an issue. I deleted every post function from create transition. But still I don't know the error.

Did you have the similar problem before?

Hi @Deniz Yalçıntepe ,

 

I have not seen this issue but if I had...I would do the following.

 

1. Submit an Atlassian ticket to support in parallel while looking into the issue further.

2. Validate the scope of the issue. If you create a new request type and attach is to a simple workflow, do you see the same issue? When using other request types, do they display the same behavior.  If it's a no to either one or both, it could provide possible next steps. Like possible work around of rebuilding the workflow instead of modifying an existing migrated one that has issues.

3. Was there enter incorrectly as stated in the message?

I think we found the problem. And it's about workflow. This is the workflow after migration,

We created the new workflow on cloud and problem is solved.
